Useful information about our shipping
We offer free standard delivery for orders over ₱2,500.
For order values under ₱2,500 a standard delivery fee of ₱99 applies no matter where in the Philippines you live.
Customers in NCR and Metro areas can expect their standard delivery to arrive within 3 – 7 business days.
Customers in Visaya, Mindanao and regional areas across the country can expect their delivery to arrive within 7 – 10 business days.
Damaged Consignments/Items
- Claims must be made within 7 days of when goods were received from the Carrier.
- Consignment (your order or items in your order) will be considered “Damaged” upon final inspection by TLOGIC after the return of the goods.
- Consignment is not considered “damaged” if external packing cartons are slightly damaged due to normal transit wear-and-tear.
- Damaged consignments/items will be either replaced with same, equivalent or your full payment refunded at the discretion of TLOGIC.
- All claims need to be lodged through the TLOGIC Job Ticket System only and need to be supported with photos emailed to support@tlogic.com.ph.
